  • Digital downloads (instant delivery after payment)

  • Physical craft items (including Cricut supplies)

  • Custom-made and personalised products

  • Craft classes and workshops

Some products are made-to-order and require a short production timeframe before shipping.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship physical items within Australia only.

  • Processing time: 2–3 business days

  • Carriers used: Australia Post or Sendle

  • Tracking numbers are provided with every order
    Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and carrier.

4. Digital Downloads

Digital files are delivered automatically after payment is confirmed.
No refunds or cancellations are offered on digital products unless required by law.

5. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

  • Returns for physical items are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is faulty or incorrect. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Custom-made items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

  • If a product is faulty, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

6. Payment Methods

We accept payments via PayPal, Credit Card, and Square.

7. Account Access & Digital Library

You do not need to create an account to purchase items. However, access to certain digital resources may require email signup and password-protected access.
