At Papercraft Digi Studio, we aim to get your crafty goodies into your hands as quickly and safely as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping โ whether itโs a handmade item, digital product, or something printed on demand!
๐ Shipping Locations
Within Australia, and limited items can be sent to the United States and its overseas territories (Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Minor Outlying Islands), provided they meet new U.S. import tariff rules.
Please note: Some countries may have limited shipping services or longer delivery timeframes due to customs regulations or carrier restrictions.
Shipping to the USA โ Important Notice (Effective 26 August 2025)
Due to recent changes in U.S. tariff regulations, Australia Post has temporarily suspended some international postal services to the United States and its territories.
โ What can still be sent:

Letters or documents with no commercial value
-
Gifts valued under USD$100 (sent from an individual to another individual, not from a business)
If the sender's details include a business name, or the parcel appears to be a purchase, the gift exemption does not apply, and the item may be returned or held at customs.
โ ๏ธ Business Orders / Product Purchases to the USA
Orders placed through Jodisa Designs may be restricted if they:

Appear to be a commercial purchase

Exceed USD$100 in declared value

Are missing the required declaration fields
We are still able to send select items internationally via third-party print-on-demand partners (e.g., Printify) who may fulfil from U.S.-based facilities. If youโre a U.S. customer and unsure if your item can be delivered, please message us before ordering.
๐ฆ New U.S. Declaration Requirements (Effective 29 August 2025)
All eligible shipments to the U.S. must now include the following on customs documentation:

Country of Origin (COO) โ Where the item was manufactured

Accurate item value โ Each item must be valued honestly (AUD$1.00 minimum per item)

HS Tariff Code โ Harmonised System code used for customs classification
Failure to meet these requirements may result in delivery delays, return to sender, or additional charges at the destination.
๐ Processing Times

Print-on-demand items are made to order and typically processed within 2โ5 business days before shipping.

Handmade/custom items (e.g. personalised stickers, labels, or craft supplies) may require 5โ10 business days for processing.

This excludes weekends, public holidays, and peak seasonal times.
Youโll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated shipping timeframes are:

We use a combination of reliable carriers including:

DHL, USPS, Royal Mail, or local courier services (for international and print-on-demand shipments)
Tracking is provided for all physical items. Youโll receive your tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
๐ Shipping Fees
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product type, destination, and weight.

We occasionally offer flat-rate or free shipping promotions, so keep an eye out!

Print-on-demand items may be shipped separately from handmade or packaged items.
๐จ Custom Orders & Handmade Products
For handmade or custom-crafted products (like personalised labels or stickers), please allow 5โ10 business days for creation before dispatch.
These items are shipped separately from print-on-demand items and may arrive at different times.
โ Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
If your order is returned to sender, we may request a re-shipping fee to resend it.
๐ฆ Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at shop@papercraftdigistudio.com.au as soon as possible.
Weโll work with the relevant carrier or print-on-demand partner to resolve the issue. Replacements or refunds will be issued where appropriate, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
๐ฎ Local Pickup or Delivery
Local pickup is not available at this time unless arranged privately. All orders are shipped through our trusted partners for safety and tracking.
