Papercraft Digi Studio is committed to delivering quality products and service. This policy outlines how we handle returns and refunds in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
π¦ Physical Products
We accept returns for faulty or incorrect items only. To be eligible for a return:

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
If the item is deemed faulty or not as described, you can choose a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Please note:

We do not accept change-of-mind returns on physical goods.

Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty.
π¨οΈ Custom-Made & Personalised Items
Due to the made-to-order nature, custom or personalised items (e.g., labels, stickers, crafted pieces) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or with a production error.
π» Digital Products
All digital downloads are delivered instantly. Because they are electronic and irrevocable:

No returns, cancellations, or refunds will be issued for digital files.

Please ensure your device and software (e.g., Cricut Design Space) are compatible before purchase.
Exceptions may be made only if the file is corrupted or unusable, and we are unable to resolve the issue.

If eligible, refunds will be processed to your original payment method (PayPal, credit card, or Square). Please allow 3β5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
